Support Center / Workpaper Agent / SOP Library
Open SOP Library when you want reusable procedures instead of rewriting instructions in each workpaper, resulting in saved prompts you can browse, preview, and reuse.
Step 1
Start in Truewind on Workpaper Agent > SOP Library so the current prompt table and filters are visible.
Step 2
Use the search box first when you already know the SOP name or keyword you want to find.
Step 3
Narrow the list to a specific collection when the SOP table is too broad.
Step 4
Use the scope and status filters to separate client prompts, firm prompts, published SOPs, and unfinished drafts.
Step 5
This opens the preview drawer for the SOP you want so you can inspect before using it.
Step 6
This uses Play to start a new Studio run from the SOP, or Review workbook in firm mode when a Studio snapshot already exists for that SOP.
Step 7
Start a blank firm-level Studio draft from SOP Library when you need to create a reusable firm SOP from scratch.
Use SOP Library when you want reusable operating procedures instead of rewriting the same instructions in every workpaper.
Play creates a new workpaper from the SOP. Review workbook appears in firm mode when a workbook snapshot already exists for that SOP and you want to inspect that workbook in Studio.
Unfinished SOPs are draft workpapers that were started but not yet turned into a finished reusable SOP. Use the status filter to separate them from published prompts.
Saving or playing an SOP gives you reusable prompt content and, in some cases, a workbook snapshot. It does not keep the new workpaper live-synced to the old one.
Check the search term, collection filter, scope filter, and status filter before assuming the SOP is missing.
Firm-scoped SOPs can only be edited or deleted from the firm organization that owns them.
