Suggested workflow

  1. Invite the people who need access.
  2. Confirm they accepted the invite.
  3. Review their role and permissions.
  4. Remove or update access if responsibilities change.

Good operational checks

  • Confirm the correct organization was selected before inviting members.
  • Verify roles before the team begins using month-end workflows.
  • Revoke stale access when a member is no longer involved.
