When to use Finicity
Use Finicity when your institution is not available through the embedded Plaid flow or when your team has been instructed to use Finicity for that bank.

Connections / Bank Connections
Use the current Bank Accounts connection flow to connect an institution through Finicity when Plaid is not the right option.
Workflow
Step 1
In Truewind, go to Connections and switch to the Bank Accounts tab.
Step 2
Review the import start and end dates so the new connection pulls the transaction history you expect.
Step 3
Select Cannot find institution to launch the current Finicity connection flow from the Bank Accounts page.
Step 4
Complete the institution sign-in, account selection, and authorization steps in the Finicity window.
Step 5
Return to Truewind and verify the expected accounts now appear in the Bank Accounts workflow.
