Vendor Analysis Overview

Use the current Vendor Analysis workflow to review anomalies, track reviewed items, and keep the analysis month in sync with your close process.

Setup workflow

Step 1

Open Vendor Analysis

Go to Vendors > Vendor Analysis so the current For Review and Reviewed tabs are available.

Step 2

Confirm the connection setup is complete

If Vendor Analysis shows a connection-status screen instead of anomaly results, complete the ERP and sync setup first.

Step 3

Choose the month you want to inspect

Use the month picker to set the analysis period you want to review.

Step 4

Review anomalies in the For Review tab

Use the current anomaly groups and vendor details to investigate the items that still need a decision.

Step 5

Check the Reviewed tab

Switch to Reviewed when you want to confirm which anomalies have already been resolved or acknowledged.

Current setup note

Vendor Analysis still depends on the connection and sync state shown in the current module before anomaly results become available.
