Manage Classes and Departments in Truewind

Update current Organization Settings so class and department tagging works the way your team expects in transaction workflows.

Setup workflow

Step 1

Open Organization Settings and choose Bank Transactions

Go to Organization Settings and open the Bank Transactions tab from the current sidebar.

Step 2

Review the Class and Department controls

In Categorization Dimensions, confirm whether Class and Department should be available in the transaction workflows for your organization.

Step 3

Review department auto-tagging by bank account

In the same Bank Transactions settings area, review the department auto-tagging account selection if your team uses it.

Step 4

Save and verify the outcome

Let the settings save, then confirm the transaction workflow shows the expected class or department behavior.

Good follow-up check

After changing these settings, review one real transaction so you can confirm the fields and tagging behavior match your intended workflow.
