Bookkeeping / Prepaid Expenses
Use the current Prepaid Expenses reporting workflow to post amortization journal entries after you review the schedule terms for the selected month.
Workflow
Step 1
Go to Prepaid Expenses and switch to Reporting so you can review schedules and terms for the selected prepaid account and month.
Step 2
Use the current month and schedule table to confirm the amortization terms you expect are ready for posting.
Step 3
Select Post Journal Entries from the Reporting actions to open the amortization posting workflow.
Step 4
Complete the posting flow and verify the schedules now reflect the expected posted state before checking QuickBooks.
