Workflow
Step 1
Open Bookkeeping and narrow the table to the payment transaction that should be allocated to Accounts Receivable.
Step 2
Review the current transaction detail state so you can confirm the customer, amount, and intended accounting result.
Step 3
In the transaction detail workflow, apply the allocation that ties the payment to the correct Accounts Receivable activity.
Step 4
Confirm the transaction now reflects the intended receivable outcome before moving on to sync or reconciliation.
