Use the Finicity path from the same Bank Accounts tab when your institution is unavailable in Plaid.

Connect Bank Accounts via Plaid
Use the current Plaid flow from Connections to connect supported bank accounts and bring them into Truewind.
Workflow
Setup workflow
Step 1
Open Connections and choose Bank Accounts
In Truewind, go to Connections and switch to the Bank Accounts tab.
Step 2
Set the transaction date range
Review the start and end dates so the new connection imports the window of activity you need.
Step 3
Complete the Plaid institution flow
Use the embedded Plaid flow to sign in to the bank, select the accounts you want, and authorize the connection.
Step 4
Return to Truewind and confirm the accounts
After Plaid closes, confirm the selected bank accounts now appear in the current Bank Accounts workflow.
