Flux Analysis Overview

Use the current Flux Analysis page to review balances by view type, group rows by dimension, and adjust the month or date range before investigating variances.

Workflow

Setup workflow

Step 1

Open Flux Analysis

Go to Reporting > Flux Analysis so the current analysis controls and table are visible.

Step 2

Confirm ERP data is available

If the page shows a missing-connection or initial-sync state, complete the ERP setup before expecting flux results.

Step 3

Choose the view type and grouping

Use the current controls to switch between Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet views and choose the Group By value you want to analyze.

Step 4

Set the date scope

Use the current date-range controls or the built-in month behavior to focus the analysis on the period you want to review.

Step 5

Review the analysis output and settings

Inspect the Flux Analysis table, then open the settings entrypoint if you need to adjust report structure or related configuration.

Helpful review habit

Confirm the selected view, grouping, and date scope before you interpret any variance, because those controls change the table meaning quickly.
