Workpaper agent review notes

Leave review notes in the shared workpaper review flow when the agent needs explicit corrections, resulting in feedback that can be applied in the next run.

Workflow

Setup workflow

Step 1

Open the review workspace for the completed run

Start from the completed workpaper run and open the richer review workspace or reviewable workbook for that session.

Step 2

Open the Google Sheets review workbook

Open the reviewable workbook from the current review flow instead of downloading the file locally.

Step 3

Navigate to the exact issue in the workbook

Go to the tab, cell range, or section that needs correction before leaving feedback.

Step 4

Write a specific review note

Enter the feedback in a way that names the exact correction you want, not just that something looks wrong.

Step 5

Return to the review sidebar

Go back to the Workpaper Agent review controls after the note is saved in the workbook.

Step 6

Click Apply feedback

Start the follow-up run only after your review notes are in place, so the agent can use that feedback in the next pass.

What review notes are for

Review notes let you stay in the review surface, capture what looks wrong, and send that feedback back through the Workpaper Agent workflow.

FAQ

Why use review notes?

Review notes let you capture corrections directly in the review flow and hand them back to the agent for follow-up.

Limitations

Notes work best when feedback is explicit

Clear notes make it easier for the agent to apply the intended correction.

Troubleshooting

The agent interpreted the feedback differently than expected.

Rewrite the note more explicitly and use the support agent if you need help phrasing the requested change.
