Confirm the QuickBooks user has the right permissions before authorizing Truewind, resulting in a connection flow that can complete successfully.
Workflow
Step 1
Confirm which Intuit login will complete the connection and whether that user has the required admin or accountant access.
Step 2
In Connections > Accounting, select Connect on the QuickBooks card.
Step 3
Use the approved QuickBooks user during the Intuit sign-in flow instead of a personal or limited-access login.
Step 4
Complete the Intuit authorization steps and confirm QuickBooks returns to Truewind as connected or syncing.
