Create a company organization account when you need a new client organization under an accounting firm, resulting in the company appearing in the client list with initial staff assignments.
Step 1
Start in Truewind on Onboarding, then click on side menu

Step 2
Use the switcher to move into the accounting firm that should own the new client account.

Step 3
Pick the firm that should own the client so the new company appears in the correct workspace and access model.

Step 4
Use the side navigation to reach the client-management area for the current firm.

Step 5
This takes you to the client list where new company accounts are created and assigned.

Step 6
Use the dedicated creation form here because the table view does not create a new client record on its own.

Step 7
Type the company name.

Step 8
Create the client record after the required company details are filled in.

Step 9
Complete this action so the new client record and access setup are ready in one pass.

Step 10
Assign the initial staff member here so the client is accessible to the right user immediately.

Step 11
Pick the option that matches the client setup; that choice controls what happens next so the new client record and access setup are ready in one pass.
